Reflecting on 2018 + 2 year anniversary

Well we've reached two years..two years since I started this little "hobby" of mine that has now blossomed into something beyond just a hobby. From doing renovations and projects in our own home, to collaborating with some amazing brands and small shops, and launching design services, this year has been a year.

I couldn't have done this without the help of you guys, my fans and followers. Whether you are new to my page, or have been following since the beginning I want to thank YOU for joining me in the journey along the way.

Here's what 2018 has brought so far for H2H Design Co:

-Home renos/projects: We gave the interior of our home a refresh and painted, which made such a difference and really brightened up the space! We were hit with having to replace our furnace, so unfortunately we had to put a hold on some other projects that were planned, but hey that's reality right? In addition to painting, we switched out a few light fixtures and furniture, which automatically transformed the spaces.

-Collaborations with brands and small shops: Partnered with some amazing brands, such as Capital Lighting for a new dining room light fixture, 320 Sycamore Candle Co. for the BEST candles and Linen and Ivory for some amazing throw pillow covers.

-Launch of H2H Design Co. Services: Once I started receiving messages asking if I offer design services, I took this as a hint and sign that I should begin offering this. I've had the chance to work with some amazing clients to transform their spaces. Even more exciting...I brought on a design partner, Aliesha! She is my other half for design services and is SO good at what she does. I'll be introducing her more soon!

-Received a pretty cool local feature: As part of my collaboration with Capital Lighting, I was also featured in an online article and newsletter by Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles. The PR girl in me kinda freaked about this :)

On a personal note, 2018 was not the easiest year for me as I lost someone very special to me, my dad. I know he is right beside me along this journey and telling me I've got this!

Here's to a great year in 2019, filled with lots of opportunity and possibilities!

Cheers!
